This pillow was all I hoped it would be and more. I was a little worried about the different steps to place this order. I emailed the company and got a quick and confirming response that they had received all the parts of my order. This was a gag gift for Christmas, and everyone loved it!

Great product!
My daughter's best friend moved out of state so I had a pillow made for each of them with pictures of them together. They both loved it!The fabric is great. The back of the pillow is super soft and the zipper is basically hidden.

Stressful process from start to finish
I purchased this as a gift to ship directly to my friend. I asked repeatedly - at least three times - to be shown a proof before it was sent out. Before I knew it, I received a tracking number and the pillow was on the move! The picture attached is what was received by my friend, and I have NO idea where this photo was obtained. My photo submitted was of a human not an adorable kitty. This is a very frustrating process with probably 15 emails back-and-forth. Complete letdown.
