I think I bit off more than I can chew. I use to cross stitch a lot. I have a lst supper, Mona Lisa and Starry Night, I did years ago. I decided to stop smoking and knew I had to do something with hands in order to do that. Maybe I should have gone back to crocheting now that I have this in hand. But I bought so I'm going to try. Already have glued the edges to keep it from fraying. Good thing someone posted a pic of the finished producted. I'd surely done it the wrong way.

Just like the rest of the Dimensions line of counted cross stitch kits, this is a top. The colors are extremely vivid, and possibly even a bit over the top for some who like truly realistic colors. The Northern Lights don't get quite as extreme as depicted, but hey, this doesn't have to be reality, just pretty. That, it is.

Absolutely gorgeous cross stitch. However, please note the description is a little incorrect. It is actually 16 count grey Aida, and NOT 14 count white as stated in the description. This makes absolutely no difference to me - but I can only give 4 stars, as this description does need updating please - for other customers. The threads come pre-sorted, there is a needle and easy to follow instructions and very clear chart (as always) from Dimensions-crafts. Good delivery time and no complaints in relation to the seller - just please update your description, thank you.

I love dimension ..have never had a problem. I will confirm that it is 16 count, and grey aida. I also want to confirm that I have this on a free standing scroll (which I purchased from amazon by the way) and it is awesome..two free hands to work with..
