Good for weights
I have found these gloves have prenlvwmtede getting the hard skin. The only downside is my palms get sweaty which makes other hiit based exercise more interesting if it's on a mat

Disappointing
I was looking for something to help with chin ups and pull ups. I have tried holding the bar at home and in my gym and both were easier with my bare hands. The grippy bits are useless for this and they are too padded. They look good and fit ok but not practical at all as the bar slips in your hands with these on. Disappointing and will be getting a refund at the expense of my time.
