Great customer service
Delighted with my purchase of these glasses. Unfortunately they were broken on arrival, but the company immediately sent replacements and offer great customer service. The glasses are just what I wanted. They feel nice in the hand and are sturdy enough that I’m not afraid they’ll break while I wash them. They do not come in their own box, so not easy to gift, but I’m keeping them for myself so this wasn’t a problem for me.

Took me a while to find a different type of gin glass. Saw these and loved them.

No customer service
Bought these glasses. One arrived intact and one smashed. Although I realise this is not necessarily the company's fault I contacted them through the correct channel and apart from an auto generated generic message I have had no response. £20 for one glass is ridiculously expensive.
