Triumph 1300 to Dolomite Sprint

Great book that explains the evolution of these models well
Whilst this is quite a short book, only 96 pages in total, packed within those pages is a very clear explanation of the evolution from the original Triumph 1300 through to the final Dolomite models. I found it very easy to read, the chronology well explained, and the book also explores the relationship with other cars in the Triumph range and the wider British Leyland Group. For anyone interested in these medium sized Triumph saloons this is well worth a read.

Disappointing
Wasn't looking for an enthusiasts book full of data and specs etc so this seemed to fit the bill. Was ok. Not much writing and lots of pictures from classic car rallies. Needs a proof reading as lots of little errors and typos. Did notice the pictures are big on the page and lots of white space around the pages and chapter headings - shows up the lack of writing and suggests in my view padding out the length.

A Triumphal history
Marvellous well researched book that will provide an anecdotal history of the Dolomite shaped vehicles and give much pleasure to the multitude of people who were able to own such a marque of vehicle
