We bought this tap may 2019 and fitted it in June. And its now started leaking where the trigger is for the hose has split. I would have expected it to last longer than this so now looking for a more durable tap unfortunately would not recommend.

I was replacing a tap the same style so I didn't have to drill holes. This made the install easy and only took 10 minutes. Looks great and the temp lights are a cool feature. Compared to other prices this is a steel.

CAUTION: replacing a tap is harder than it seems. Make sure you have an appropriate set of spanners - pliers will not do. Obviously, shut down your main water valve before starting, and prepare to make a mess. I installed this tap myself with some help from my dad; in retrospect, given how much of a hassle we went through, if I were to do this again I would probably use the services of a professional plumber instead. Make sure to double-check for leaks, especially at the point the tap pipes attach to your water system.There was a leaflet with instructions, but none of them applied to the specific model I bought. Not that big a deal since the procedure is fairly simple in principle (but not that easy in practice, see above).The tap used standard attachments (both for the supply pipes and the worktop hole diameter) - there was no issue there, everything is compatible. The O-ring for the worktop is difficult to position correctly in such a way that it won't stick out.That's all for the installation, now regarding daily use…The shower/spray is very convenient and versatile. The handle-based trigger is great and makes it very quick to turn it on and off as needed. The faucet works well. The product feels solid overall.One thing to note is that the tap as a whole is more complicated to operate than a normal tap, because there are two layers of knobs - in order for water to flow, the main knob at the base must be opened at the temperature and pressure that you want, and then you can choose to open either the faucet or the shower. In practice, what makes the most sense is keeping the knob at the base opened at all times, so that when you want to use the tap you only have to open the faucet or the shower. I'm fine with that system and I think it makes sense, but my guests tend to disagree and find the design overly contrived.I don't see a need for the shower bracket/arm; the shower holds up well enough just dandling on its own. Thankfully, it is possible to remove the shower bracket if you don't want it (unscrew the flexible shower pipe, remove it along with the metal spring, remove the bracket).The shower LED works, except that the red LED is broken in the product I received. I won't return it as this would require unmounting/remounting the tap, and I just can't bring myself to go through that hassle gain. The blue and green LEDs do work, but they are not very bright. I might try to replace just the shower head if I can find a suitable alternative.Note that the faucet part doesn't have a LED, but I "fixed" that by replacing the faucet end with one of these LED faucet heads you can find elsewhere on Amazon, so that in the end both faucet and shower have temperature LEDs. That's a good solution, although the aesthetics are impacted somewhat.Bottom line is that this is a good product as long as you understand what you're getting into. It lost one star because of the broken red shower LED, but aside from that I am quite pleased with it.

I've had this tap for over 3 months now and it causes issues if you have an open vented heating system, with cold water pressure higher than the hot. If you leave the tap in the middle for a combination of hot and cold water while washing up, what happens is the cold water goes into the hot water feed, and if left for a little while can over fill and over flow, causing all your hot water to go cold. I would like to return as haven't had this issue with previous taps on the same system. I know I can install a non return valve, but is hardly ideal when all I wanted is a new kitchen tap!

Absolutely Brilliant looks awesome and works perfectly love the spray function of tap. Very easy to install and I'm not a plumber.

Don’t know how I managed without it. I have used it to wash my hair as well as it making cleaning pots & pans much easier. The light controlled by the temperature is brilliant to avoid burning yourself
