Derma Pen Dr.Pen Ultima A1 Derma Roller Microneedle 0.3mm for Skin Facial Beauty Tool at Home Use

For one spa facial you can get this derma pen and use it (hopefully) for years. I have had mine about 2 and a half months and use it several times a week. It is improving the texture and brightness of my skin. We will see if and major wrinkles are affected!??! I'll try to update at six months to let everyone know.

Im so happy!! I received it yesterday even earlier than I expected and I used it last night! I was so happy when i opened it because I was looking for a micro needling pen that goes to 3mm & this one does!! They even emailed me making sure I received it because my mail guy put it in a weird spot and i couldn't find it lol! But im very happy and have no complaints!! Its crazy how inexpensive this item is compared to what you get! When i would get the treatments done, they were around $500-$1000 per session.. Just make sure you do all of your research first on how to use it etc!!! :) Also, YOU WILL NEED NUMBING CREAM!!

Remember you need a product with lots of "slip." Something like hyaluronic acid on your face, it helps the pen with gliding movement. Youtube has some great channels about dr pens. Check out one of my favs, natural kaos.

I bought it because it had good reviews, and because I wanted to treat my acne scars at home so I could save money instead of going for the treatments in a dr.s office, but I just received it and I tested it. The needles don’t move up and down, all it does it vibrates and when I want to glide it across my face it scratches my face, because needles don’t move up and down like it suppose to, they just vibrate. Product is expensive to just not return it for a refund. I do not recommend the product, don’t waste your money and time on this. I hope they refund my money.

I wish I had believed the negative reviews. The positive reviews on this item must be fake. Just like the other reviews claim, the needles do not move up and down they only vibrate which is not how micro needling works. This product is completely worthless. It appears that returns are contingent on being accepted by the seller so do not waste your money on this item!! Trust ME

My boyfriend ordered this for me and I love it! I've had excellent results with micro-needling, and this little device can fit into areas on my face where the derma roller cannot, such as under the eyes. Couldn't be happier!
