The ones I got came in different colors. red, green yellow and ... bottom like they are the best I have ever found.

Q: What is the maximum diameter of the container that I can put in this? Would it go around a 3" diameter can/bottle?

I have the TahoeBay Premimum Can Sleeves. I tried it on a can exactly 3" in diameter; it was a tight fit, but went on. Probably 3" is close to the max diameter that the sleeve will fit.

Q: Will it work for hot drinks?

I don't know why it wouldn't work on hot drinks such as coffee, tea, soup.
