Xtreme PowerConversion J60-350 Lithium Ion UPS 350VA/200W 120V

We purchased this UPS for a kiosk with a printer so we can move the kiosk as needed without having to turn the printer off. Easy mounting right to the kiosk and everything powered up without issue! We will be buying a couple more to implement them on some new kiosks we are deploying.

This UPS does NOT restart after prolonged power failure when it has run out of battery power.This is worse than useless in a remote location which loses power from time to time, since manual restart is required (without this UPS the equipment would power up immediately when ac power is restored).This happened with two different units (I replaced the first one after the tech support suggested that this could be a defective unit). THIS UPS REQUIRES MANUAL RESTART AFTER AC POWER IS LOST. It actually makes power outages worse compared to having no UPS at all as protected equipment won't have power until somebody goes to the location to resets this piece of junk.Oh, and you cannot return this one to the seller from some locations (like HI) because airlines won't carry it. Avoid.

[See update below]Original Review:Unit is defective. I charged for 8 hours as suggested, but no response when the power button is pressed. I checked the battery charge and it is at rating. Just no voltage at output. Very frustrating because there is no return procedure. I have a query in to the seller and I will update this review with the seller's response.Update: I've updated my review to 4 stars. One star off because you might still get a bad unit, but since the seller and manufacturer are very responsive you will get a working unit eventually. Seller came through. Shipped me a new unit and tested before it left. New unit works. I also emailed the manufacturer and they too offered to directly ship me a new unit. The manufacturer said the issue was with their battery supplier and they are in the process of resolving it. I am using this as a UPS in my home network cabinet. The slim form factor is perfect for that.

Great product and very small footprint Great company to deal with and it comes with a 5-year warranty which is great to know. Have been using it for a year and no problems as all.

It arrived DOA and I can't seem to replace it or have it refunded, I was looking for a small form factor PSU to use behind some panels and there is nothing like this out there. When I found this device I thought all my prayers had been answered, only to be disappointed at the fact that it arrived dead, does not power on, I left it "charging" overnight and still nothing. The company should clearly have a way to reach out to them for issues like this since Amazon is also not allowing returns or refunds on this device.

I've been using three of these in different applications. After the first power failure, two of the three do not recharge.
