A friend at church had it first. I loved it and got me one. It's great! I was able to fit 20#s of cooked shoyu chicken inside. I believe it can hold 25-30 pounds of cooked chicken. (Depends on how much the chicken shrinks after its cooked). Chicken was hot for at least 3 hou4s (the chicken ran out after 3 hours) It was still HOT! Love this product.

I have gifted this for almost every member of my family. Nice to look at when placed at the center of a dinning table or in the kitchen. Keep food warm perfectly.

Everybody wants one when they see mine. Doesn't keep all foods piping hot for hours but works great for soups/chili for potlucks if put in hotpot very hot and not opened until food is served.

I love it! Keeps food warm for good 4-5 hours. My friends and family loves too; they are ordering some them self. I wish there was more design option in this size.

the product arrived with a stinky smell like trowup and looks like been used before

Was happy until rust started to appear on creases on the interior liner. I thought it was stainless but apparently not. The creases are developing into cracks which rust. Poor fabrication quality and materials reduce the useful life span of the product.

it work great keep food warm for hours but the design on 13.5Liters casserole is different from from the other casserole

The steel cracked after using it three times.This is the second pot i had replaced after first one which was cracked from day 1.
