Stinger SI823 3-Foot 2-Channel 8000 Series Audiophile Grade RCA Interconnect Cable

I bought these for home audio use for my vintage solid state receiver and DAC. I've upgraded all my components to silver (digital coax and speaker wire). Trying to find an rca cable with silver conductors was another thing. Most of your rca cables on the market all have copper to oxygen free copper. The Stinger 8000 series was the way to go with me. Later on would like to upgrade to the 9000 series.For those wondering which is the left and right (white is left, and black is right). They have a small tiny ring on the end of connector. As another reviewer noted, these are self locking. You need to twist (left/counter clockwise) the bottom part of the connector about halfway and push on to the output, and then twist (right/clockwise) the connector should be locked on. Repeat the process if your going to take them off, fairly easy thing to do.As for the sound. I have them running to a Pioneer SX-1050 to a Musical Fidelity V-90 DAC (24/192) the digital coax from the DAC is going to a Oppo BDP-105 for cd's/blu rays and dvd's. And I just the love the sound that it is producing. The low end is very tight (not muddy or boomy), drums cymbals have more natural to live sound to it, guitars have a more shaper attack. It might have a bright sound at first, but it dies out after a burn in period.

Amazing difference between these and the standard cheap RCA cables. Even as an audiophile, I wondered if I would really care about the difference in "just" cables. The answer is ABSOLUTELY! I have tried these on my TEAC DAC at home, and my iStreamer DAC in the car. Which means, of course, I'm about to buy another set! Yes, buy these. You will not be disappointed.Very nice quality assembly and materials on this cable too.Like others, I was a bit confused on how to attach tightly. Ultimately it is really just push on and pull off as you would expect. However the end is VERY tight. So, either you can twist (sort of screw on), or for one device I actually had to bend the tabs slightly with a pair of pliers. These will never fall off!

Works as advertised. Had for 3 years still working fine.

These Stinger 8000 RCA cables are my favorite RCA cable to use. They are very high quality and have locking tips so you know they can never come loose. Can’t beat them for the price

The Stinger 800 3 foot (90cm) interconnect is fantastic value for money. Great product build and quality split-tip connectors assist to produce a great sound stage.I minor criticism is the very subtle way in which the individual cable leads are marked (in this case white & black) at the base of the split-tip connectors- not immediately obvious.Would recommend to others.

These are HIGH quality cables for the price. My system is very transparent (non-switching amps, Yamaha ns-1000s and Fidelio X2 phones ) and I CAN hear the difference with cable changes. I had nice cables on my system. I decided to bite the bullet and replace every cable in my system with Stinger 8000s. All I can say is WOW! Increased detail, sound-stage, high end, dynamics and air in spades. I was really surprised how good these cables were and the increased dynamics and detail they provided. They definitely made a solid improvement! I think this is due to Stinger's careful quality cable topology and less about silver/aesthetics etc. These cables are the real high-end deal in my opinion and bring it to the table.I am now a Stinger fan. BTW they are also drop dead sexy cables (for a cable!)

I bought these as I am having my amp upgraded over the weekend and thought maybe I needed better quality RCA cables to give me accurate sound. Boy was I right. Soon as I connected these to the existing amp I have, I immediately noticed a difference in sound quality and Bass accuracy. I’ve had the 4000 series before and was very happy with them but these 8000 series are next level and will be buying them again for future installs. Once I get the new amp installed over the weekend I will update the review but I am super happy so far with the change these RCAs made to my current set up. Don’t hesitate spend the extra money and buy these.

Very sleek design and the sound from this is amazing.
