Cute sturdy bookcase
Very sturdy and it looks so pretty in my daughters nursery. It’s round shape means it can easily fit lots of books and keep a small room spacious. Very cute and it’s exactly what I wanted

Nice concept, shame about the execution
I bought this on amazon prime and was disappointed to find that delivery was delayed for some time with no explanation (though I was kept up to date with progress). On arrival, the instructions for building the shelves are incredibly simple and the concept seems to be that it mainly slots together with limited need for a screwdriver, which I approve of greatly. In theory, this would have made it simple enough for a child to build most of it.In practice, it was missing pieces for the build and my email to the seller was met with a curt ‘please contact amazon direct as they deal with it’ - not exactly customer-centric. Amazon’s response was definitely more human, and much appreciated, though they can’t replace the missing pieces meaning that my only options are to build it incomplete or return it.I’ve chosen to build it minus the missing pieces, which are important but not crucial (the bookend pieces at the edge of the shelves, in white-and-grey on the product photos, and marked C in the instructions - see my photos). As noted, it’s designed to mainly slot together, and the rods which go at the outside have screws and screw-holes embedded so you can just slit them in, turn them til they stop, and they’re screwed in. Design like this works really well - when the pieces are precisely engineered. These are not. More than half of the rods have the screws off centre to the extent that it interferes with slotting the shelves in place, so more force and thought is required to put everything in place than really should be. I managed it in the end, but this was a ‘simple’ build made difficult by missing and poorly-produced pieces, with poor customer communication from the seller being the icing on the cake. The final product looks good, though the missing bits are obvious - see photo. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again, and am annoyed at having paid money, but I like the shelves so will be creating some alternative to the missing pieces rather than returning the product.

Arrived Damaged but not the box or package.
this is just what i was after for my son's room, easy to assemble and feels fairly sturdy. however there is some damage (luckily to the underside) of one of the shelves. it's obvious this was in production, not in transit. I'm not sure how to give the seller this feedback as I'd like a good will gesture of some sort. will have to sand the rough edge of the damage to avoid him being injured.
