I first bought this product a few months ago. I have since been taking 2 tablets a day with my evening meal. I didn't notice it at first, but they also contain fiber! I can state first hand that they do not disappoint! They are a first rate anti-inflammatory! I get flare ups from time to time. Usually affecting my feet and sometimes my wrists. I broke my neck when I was 5 years old, it is a complication of a compressed nerve in my neck. If you google Choke Berries (Aronia) you will see that they have been a staple of the Indigenous Native American diet for centuries and are often touted as a super food... THE 1st superfood! I am very happy with them and I have suggested many friends and family to try them as well.

I wanted to buy something that would support my immune system during these Covid times. I wasn’t looking for a supplement with the ability to cure what ails you. The later seems to be what this supplement is capable of. On an effectiveness scale from 1..100 put blueberries at a 1, elderberries at a 10, and these aronia berries are at a 100. They are that good. This berry extract seems to have almost a “magical” effect on me. I thought before I bought them I would get immune system support. I got that effect plus reduced inflammation in various body parts. I also got more mental alertness. This berry extract provides a lot of benefit as an anti-inflammatory. For instance, I was plagued by weekly sore throats. I kept getting sore throats once a week lasting a couple days each week. This went on for months. I thought I had some weird case of Covid. After taking this product I realized my sinuses were swollen (noticed because after several days of taking the product, I realized I didn’t have a persistent low level sinus pain). Then my post nasal drip cleared up. Finally, after a week of use, the sore throats I’d been having for months went away. This benefit wasn’t anticipated or even thought about prior to purchasing. It was very surprising. Try this product. I hope it has the same effect on you that it does on me!

No inner lid seal nor moisture/oxygen packet to preserve freshness. Counted twice and I only received 89 pills not 90 as stated on bottle so very questionable quality control, makes me now question this product!

As expected. Like using capsules vs loose powder.

The pills arrived promptly and look very fresh and are easy to swallow. Their not big but their not small either. I purchased these for my elderly mother because her cholesterol is a little high and she eats pretty healthy already. She has noticed no side effects from this and is very well tolerated by her body. We will find out her next blood test if her cholesterol has gone down. Aronia is a great berry w/so many health benefits its a win win for your health!
