Nice looking, easy to install, and well made.

Worked just liked I'd hoped....

Works as advertised . . . but-If your door is less than 2" width, the tunnel connecting front and back is not adjustable and will be too long. Prepare to take the tin-snips, and hope for the best by cutting it down. Second, the screws connecting front and back are long, and when putting them in, since the front and back must be pushed together, you can't see the alignment of the holes. Took me half an hour to get just half of the screws in. Remaining ones won't connect to back panel, and it's impossible to see inside to get alignment right. Third, the plastic cosmetic caps to go over the screws are a joke. Most won't stay in. I got two of them to stay in, the remaining ones fall out when put into place. Yes, I'm pressing them fully in, so it's not an installation procedure problem. I got it installed, and it works, but if I had to do it over, I would choose a different brand.

The doggy/pet door is amazing, my only complaint is that the door may appear small for my Manchester and Yorkshire terriers.Both dogs find the door intimidating and find it awkward to fit themselves through. *I measured according to the video and hand both dogs measured. I think going one size bigger will definitely help.Both are under 20 pounds/10 kg. The small sized door may be is fine for a cat or Chihuahua, but not a 14 y/o old terrier with achey joints.*I will wait and see how it works out in 2-3 weeks time. If no progress, I’ll go up one size.

Returned this pet door since it wasn't wide enough to fit through our wall.

it works good and i like it but it should come with seals and took alot more work to install than i thought
