Needs an on/off switch
It heated up quickly and kept my coffee at a nice temperature but you have to unplug the USB every time you've finished your brew to turn it off. Gravity switches aren't the best as the emptier your cup gets, the less likely it'll stay on so an on/off switch is needed.The area your cup sits in is quite small too. My cup didn't quite fit into to the area but it did still keep my brew warm.If it had had a larger heating area and an on/off switch that it'd be perfect.

Good but no on/off switch
Good product, keeps my tea or coffee nice and warm. Unfortunately I didn’t realise it does not have an on/off switch on it... So it’s important to remember to plug it out when not using, which is a little inconvenient.

Literally useless.I wish the producer would stop selling and redeveloping this product.
