It would be five stars but I only got to use it once before it fell off the counter and broke :(

Looks beautiful and catches attention. However it will only hold heat for an hour or so and the thin glass breaks easily, so handle with care!

No matter how hard I tighten the top, it leaks when I flip it over to get it to brew. It looks great, quality of manufacture seems good, but when you flip it, water drips out. Also, actually drinking the beverage is not as convenient as it could be.

Works great to make my tea at the office. The strainer is small enough that no leaves escape.

Leaked first time I turned right side up. Holds the seal while waiting for tea to infuse, but when flipped back over the tea leaks out of the side.

Awesome glass tea infuser with strap. Good size easy clean at a good price. It looks and feels good I work in a school and students are amazed at seeing the lose leaf tea and are mezmarized like a lava lamp.

I dislike the large 13oz, 15oz tumblers. This is great, it looks sleek, and I really enjoy the handle. Would buy again and again.Update:These are glass tumblers. Glass breaks, I know this. I purchased this item on October 5th, 2015. And after a couple of uses, it fell out of the BOTTOM SHELF of a ground level cupboard and shattered. I was heartbroken. I have never had a glass tumbler break like that. I decided to give it another go, maybe the first one had landed just right for it to shatter, etc. So I purchase another on November 9th, 2015. I used this a total of three times. I was extra careful, because I like the design and the handle. Once again, it dropped less than 1 foot and shattered. I've had a lot of double walled tea tumblers in my time. I dislike the larger ones, so I go for the smaller ones, which are harder to find. So we are back to the drawing board.This is of brittle quality and I cannot recommend you buy it.

Great allows me to drink good tea all day and great for re steeping. Have not had any leak problems like others have reported use it 5 times a day for two weeks now

I bought the ActiviTea for work and it has enabled me to make speciality teas and to keep my tea hot for perhaps an hour or so and warm for much longer. If you are using the infuser for the tea en-route eg in a car then the infuser must be removed beforehand otherwise tea dribbles from both the infuser and from the threaded cap as you remove it. You then have the problem of where to put it. The holes of the metal infuser are too large for finer teas eg Chai and small particles escape into the infusion and clump into the lid when it is inverted. I find that that the glass itself needs to be turned several times otherwise the tea takes longer than 3 minutes to brew. The fabric handle gets in the way once brewed and cannot be removed for washing. Despite all the above, I like the design and the convenience of making tea whilst at work and recommend the ActiviTea .

No leakage, beautiful container. Keeps drinks warm only for a couple hours - but that's enough to get me through a couple lectures! Most importantly - no leakage!! And handy strap to carry with.

The tea is perfect, although after 2 hours it is only lukewarm. The infuser is easy to use, and easy to wash.

This is my 4th flask; the first I dropped and broke, 2nd was metal and affected the taste, third was plastic and cracked, this one is by far the best made. It doesn't leak, feels solid. It's simple and well designed. If you're a teasnob like me, you will love it for making your favourite at work or out and about. Can't recommend enough, will buy a spare if it get's cheaper!

Very stylish, the tea stays hot for my journey into work, works really well for making tea to go or for in the office.
