Amazon Basics Small Lightweight Durable Sports Duffel Gym and Overnight Travel Bag - Royal Blue

I use this as my everyday gym bag and have been using it for a couple of months now. It's the perfect size to carry my shoes, shorts, socks, shirt and all the other stuff I need for my daily workout. Although I purchased the "small" version of this bag, I would not call it small at all. It has plenty of pockets of all the right kinds: One for my wet/sweaty clothes after I've worked out (has a breathable mesh flap). A place for my headphones and cell. It is very light, but seems very sturdy. The zippers all seem heavy duty and reliable. Easy to carry about and to store. I really can't think of anything I don't like about it. For about 20 bucks, it is unbeatable.

Hi, first i would like to thank all the people who took the time to write a review. Whenever I buy a product I always read the reviews. Bad reviews....I won't buy.About this sports bag. First I'm a big guy 6"3" 220 lbs and wear size 12 sneakers. I bought the "small" size bag. This is not a small bag, it's more of medium size bag. I do not use the special "sneaker pocket", I just use the main compartment. My sneakers fit fine as well as a shirt and a pair of jeans on top of the sneakers.The bag is softsided so it will flex quite a bit. There is no rigid insert in the bottom of the bag so I cut a piece of thick cardboard and put in the bottom so that solved the problem.The bag is not waterproof and it is flat on the bottom so if you put it down on a wet surface I think the bottom of the bag and anything near the bottom will get wet.Overall I like this bag and would buy it again.

I haven't had the bag very long, so I can't comment on long term durability, but I use it as a gym bag and it is the perfect size with really well placed/sized pockets, and it appears to have REALLY high quality for the price point. My only complaint is that there is no bottle holder, but that's pretty minor because there are other ways to store a bottle safely. Unless you are carrying a lot of gear to the gym this is a perfect size bag with plenty of space. My size 13 shoes fit just fine in the shoe compartment.

Nice bag for the price. The end pouches don't extend so they don't offer additional room, but cut into the main compartment storage. The shoulder strap pad doesn't position properly on your shoulder if you adjust the length, which is very long. Maybe you can rig it, we haven't tried. We got the large bag so it is roomy. The pink color is a bright pink. We have only used it for car travel. Seems pretty solid, not necessarily high end. Overall happy. Bought a second one.

I use this bag for going to the rehab center. It is compact, light weight, and just small enough to fit into the changing room lockers. And yet the gym bag has plenty of pockets and a large roomy main compartment. The zippers appear to be well made and well attached to the pockets. (I haven't had any problems with the zippers jamming on the nylon edges.)This bag is large enough to be used for an overnighter as well as a weekend trip.I would definitely recommend this gym bag!

Very well made bag. More than enough room to pack EVERYTHING needed for a nice long weekend. I was able to pack; clothes, 2 pairs of shoes, toiletries, hair products, hair dryer, and even a light jacket for a 5 night trip. It was a little heavy but the handles and shoulder strap were very sturdy and padded. Excellent bag for the money.

I looked at the other reviews of this bag and they seemed too good to be true. I tried buying one and was agonizing between the large and small bags. I ended up getting the smaller one. When it arrived, it was shorter than I expected and I thought that, indeed, I'd made the wrong choice. However, it is much deeper than the bag it replaced. I found that my shoes, sized 12 4xwide, fit easily, as did a small umbrella and a coat hanger. The vented pocket on the end is especially good for wet flip-flops I use in the shower. The other two pockets accommodate my toiletries and gym gloves. Plus, it is small enough to carry easily and fit in a rather small locker.There is no stiff floor to the bag, but still it holds its shape well.For the price, this is one of the better gym bags I've gotten.

I purchased this duffel (the small one) a few weeks ago. It's a nice bag. The material seems sturdy and the pockets are very useful. I also like that I can keep my shower shoes away from the rest of my stuff.However, within the first week, I noticed the seam of the shoe pocket tearing away from the bag. I'm not rough on my gym stuff. I'd say I use it a moderate amount with the standard handling so it was shocking to see the hole appear after such a small amount of use. It's almost like the seam wasn't sewn closed.Luckily, I got this bag on sale for half the usual listed price. Because of that, I still feel like it was a decent value. But, knowing what I know now, I'd never spend almost $30 on it.
