Perfect? didn't know there was such a perfect sized box although I binged ordered this because of how good it still is.I'd still like to build and put it all together but it will take a lot of time in between work.Going to still put down perfect stars because this is still an old kit but it has the newer frame at the time of 2010s which are amazing, no need put screws for stability but already heard it had a "few" problems when put together. Frame is amazing but the arms can loosen and the fin funnels are a bit loose you might think of using top coat/paint to help it or if you want to, you could use cement which obviously you'll ruin it. Just separate them in attack might be the best.If you don't want that, there is still the RG which the build is flawless except it is smaller and lesser detail on the waist for some reason.Otherwise this kit is help piloted by Amuro Ray that piloted the "grand daddy" RX 78-2 which is just as hard to find close to Msrp (I'm talking about the better kits closely 2020-2021, not the "hand grenade" of the much older kits) - (can't blame anyone - this kit is old) and this was in a classic "chars revolution". This kit is still a must buy (close to Msrp)I'd like to point out because it is a ver ka, this kit is not for beginners if you plan to use ALL of it including (shudders) "stickers" but I can still say it's possible for a beginner and there might be some mistakes that paint can't fix because I rated it as 5 on "easy to assemble" (because it is) when in reality it could be a 4 with all of it.

A fun build MG Verka kit that include base.
It was a fun build! and this kit even included a base/stands for the gundam (not all MG kit include the base).I've been eyeing on this one for awhile, Ive build the RG nu gundam a year back, and it was a great build with awsome gimmic as panel sliding when bending the legs and arms. The debate is that many review on youtube does indicate that this version do have weak joints and flimsy fin funnels. However I end up painting mine with tamiya paints, with all the paint layered up it does tighten up most joints at least for now. This kit does not have panel slide gimmic like its RG version, though it does have psycho frame, which is give it a hight and size advantage than most other MG kit.Overall it was a very fun build and the kit itself is eye catcher. I hope this info help and happy building :).

An exciting build that will leave you stunned
This model is just excellent, especially if you like the old granddaddy style gundam kits. This style is perfect for the shelf, and I added in a few images of the process of building to show you what you have coming, with many interesting features being portrayed and the stand as well. The decals are so universal that you can put them anywhere.

Great kit
I had an absolute blast building this kit! I did do some scribing, painting, etc. to add more detail but it’s not like I’m an expert builder so it’s something anyone with some model building experience can do. I plan on purchasing another kit soon to paint a different color. Overall I recommend this kit.

TLDR: 8/10 great kit
This guy is so great. Posability is amazing, decals look amazing, shelf presence is undeniable. One issue everyone says is that "tHe FuNnElS sAg" well they give you a stand and like 6 arms to pose them. Sure I wish they were tighter as well and didn't sag (my second photo has them sagging) but take a clear funnel poser, and use it to hold them up and out when all on the "wing". Makes it look how it's supposed to, and if you position the shield right, it'll hide the clear arm. (My first photo has the funnels deployed and you can see the arm holding up the rest of the funnels.) This also has a "transformation" to use the psycho frame. Clear green parts under some parts and it looks fantastic like that also. All in all, this kit is easily one of my favorites and I might get it again just to build it and decal and panel line. You're missing out if you're a Ver Ka builder and don't have this kit.

Awesome!
Has alot detail and under armor sliding gimicks. The color is pretty accurate. It's one of my bigger MG's. The funnels fall off quite a bit when posing, but other then that its durable. (it survived a fall because the stand (broke part of a locking gear). Was a entertaining build and definatly worth purchasing.
