Fox's Feud Paperback – 8 August 1985

Molto bello, preso per nostalgia della serie tv, il libro è anche meglio!

The third book in the Farthing Wood series is incredible and my personal favourite. The Animals from Farthing Wood are starting to settle into White Deer Park now that winter is over and spring has arrived, but not all of the parks original residents are pleased that they are there. At the top of that list is Scarface an old red fox who sees Fox and the group as a threat.Fox and Vixen's cubs are born and we meet Bold, Charmer, Friendly and Dreamer. Sadly there is a tragedy that truly ignites the feud between Fox (and the Farthing Wood travellers) and Scarface and the two foxes are on a collision course. Despite the war being waged a relationship develops between Charmer and Ranger (Scarface's cub) which is a heartwarming addition to this story.This book really keeps you hooked and wanting to read more and more. The new characters are terrific and you've still got Adder, Owl, Kestrel, Mole, Badger and the rest of the old group in the mix as well. A truly amazing story that is the biggest highlight in the Farthing Wood series.

What a set of books - love the Animals of Farthing Wood books. Would love to get the whole set in book format, but very happy to have them all on my Kindle. It would be great to be able to give my family a set of these books.

A brilliant book, as all of C. Dann's books are! Brought tears to my eyes at parts, and could not put it down!!
