My apartment complex decided to cover the fireplaces in each unit with the ugliest piece of granite - don’t ask my why, I’m sure it’s for insurance reasons. All I can say is it totally ruined my aesthetic so I had to come up with something to make it a little more bearable. I stumbled onto chalkboard fireplaces and immediately ordered this gem! It was very easy to apply, simple to clean, and easy to remove (a must for rentals)! The chalk pen that came with it was completely dried out, but I honestly ended up using regular chalk anyway.

So far so good. I was looking for cute way to label my pantry and my closets in baskets. I really didn't like the things I was finding or couldn't find enough to make them all match. I love that i was about to cut out my own pattern with this. They have stuck well on all the containers in the pantry as well as the plastic bins in the closet. I thought it would be a neat thing to throw up on a wall for my daughter to have a mini chalkboard - however warning if you have textured walls it doesn't like to stick well. I experience this with anything even tape that I try to put on the walls. I ended up sticking it to the back of the door for a little chalkboard and it hung well. Overall for the amount you get its a good value!

This works great for a wall or fridge. I put a part of it on our fridge and use liquid markers to write on it. I kept sticking and Unsticking it to take out the air bubbles and it did not lose the adhesive. I also tried to use this contact paper to stick over my kids old desk so she could write on the desk with chalk but it was a headache to use when trying to use for larger surface. Maybe I just don’t have the patience but overall I like the quality of this product

Parts of my kitchen need a little pick me up- in particular, our cabinets are very basic and humdrum. Could use some creative whimsy without being permanent - in comes Black Chalkboard Contact Paper! Now, not the "super-adhesive, this will never come off" type of contact paper we all knew (and hated) back in the 70s-80s. This is much more user friendly. If I had young kids again, I think I would put this in areas where they could draw and write and create with imaginative and artistic abandon! Just make sure you explain to kids about what areas to chalk up is "off limits" and what is OK to use this on. Definitely use regular chalk when allowing "beginners" to show off their Picassos!

To say this was a nightmare to install by yourself would be an understatement. The paper is thin, but strong enough to peel off and re-position. I am still left with wrinkles and some bubbles, but I guess my granddaughter will still have fun drawing on this.

I purchased this product to assist with remote learning for my young son. The product works as advertised, and we have not had any issues. Sometimes marks from chalk markers are left behind, but the magic eraser easily removes them. It has not fallen down from where initially hung so adhesion is good. The main thing I am incredibly impressed by is the customer service with this company! When I registered the product I was immediately asked if it was delivered in good shape. I replied that it was packaged without any padding and that the paper was dented and crinkled in areas, but that it was intact and was going to use it because it was needed at the time. The company immediately replaced it with no cost or having the original returned!! I was blown away!! They also checked to make sure the new one arrived in good condition. It is far and few between these days when a company cares so much about customer satisfaction with their product. This is a great product and the customer service that comes with it is impeccable. Highly recommend!

Ended up having to get 2 of them & run them side by side. Doesn’t really like to stick to the wall. Used some double sided tape & some command strips. It’ll do for now. Not something I would repeat buy for the future. Does not like to stick to the wall even if it has a little bit of texture, wall has to be completely smooth. Chalk markers work on it, but they do not show up where you can see them so I guess they don’t actually work.

I tried to cover a large area with it, and it had a lot of air bubbles. It’s only good for small areas/crafts.

Utilise dans l’entre sur un mur complet, il était très étrange à l’installation selon recommandation et quelques heures plus tard nous avons eu l’apparition du bulle car ce dernier a surélevé.
