The bottom thickness is exactly the same thickness as the walls of the pot. Thickness of copper is 2mm and tin lining thickness is 1mm and total thickness of body of pot is about 3mm with tin lining. This thickness is the maximum thickness for the copper coffee pot. Simillar copper coffee pot sold in the Amazon have a copper thickness of 0.40mm - 0.50mm, while others have a maximum of 1mm. Despite this, we produce all copper coffee pot from 2mm copper plates.
