USB hub broke after one night - Updated
I have updated this review based on the customer service, please go to the end to read that updatedGot this for a trip. Looks great and comes with all the different attachments needed anywhere in the world. One major reason I got it was the high capacity USB hub so I don't need to use other USB attachments to change. The bad is that the USB does not work after one night. We arrived in England and I plugged in our two phones and a GoPro. It was charging when I looked at it, but next morning the phones were not fully charged. I used different cables, USB 3.0 and 2.0 types and none works when in the USB hub. The cables work fine off any other adapter so it seems like the USB hub broke after one night. So I can't recommend this product due to half it's features not working after one night. While i cant give the item a 5 star due to the fact that it seems the USB hub has issues and its about half the reason why someone would get it, the customer service is 5 start. They really worked hard on getting something worked out and compensate for the defect. The product is good and may break but you can depend on the customer service to help you through it.

This Surge Protector and Converter will save your electronics! Must Have when Traveling!
I took this to Tuscany, Italy and to Puglia where I lived in a "Trulie," built in neolithic times! When you travel you need to carry not only a good charger that quickly charges and stays full of juice for a while, but you absolutely need to carry this Surge Protector with different plugs for different countries. I ruined my MAC computer in Rome, only using a converter. It literally caught on fire! I got it at Home Depot thinking they would have the most sturdy converter, Not! So get this surge protector too! I love this charger too:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075WSMYJT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Portable Charger, BONAI 20000mAh Power Bank, 4-Port Output Aluminum Polymer Portable Battery Charger, 4.0A Max Input Compatible with iPhone 11 XR 8 7 6s Galaxy S20 S8 -Rose Gold

I'm Amped about this Charger
The media could not be loaded. I loved this device. I had serious nerves about keeping my devices and camera batteries alive while I was overseas, and so many of the products for adapting American plugs are bulky or awkwardly designed, I wanted something sleek, easy to use, and that left me with the option to minimize, while still having as many options as possible. So I went for the Tessan Surge Protector. It was absolutely as described.PROS:Individual adaptors - I was going to the UK, the other pieces weren't really necessary for this trip: why carry them?Design - Sleek, stylish, and simple.LED - soft pure white - I knew it was ON, but it wasn't so blaringly bright like a lot of LEDs, didn't illuminate the room or keep me awake.Cable wrap - companies don't HAVE to do this, but I love that easy little detail that helps keep my cords organized.Charging capabilites - This is a big one. I wanted outlets, I wanted USBs - BAM. Tessan says the USBs charge at 2.4A. Some reviews say it's slow, but I had no problems. (On a side note, if you want a 2.4A charge, you need a cable that can charge that, otherwise you will be at the limit of the cable).CONS:The only real not I have is the cable itself. I kind of wish it could be removable so that I don't worry about messing up the end that comes out of the surge protector. But then again, knowing me, I'd lose the cable. Thanks Tessan!

It does what it's supposed to do.
Listen, this won't solve world hunger or get you laid. It's simply a power strip with adapters. Cost is good and does what it's supposed to do. I travel for work and comes in handy for whatever country I get sent to.

Highly Recommended - warranty policy is very good!
This travel adapter is extremely good in general. The USB ports are powerful enough to charge more demanding devices like iPad's and PS Vita's simultaneously. I've used this on cruise ships, in and around USA and Europe for the past 15 months without issue. Unfortunately after many trip and uses, during my last trip to EU for some reason the USB ports stopped working. Upon my return home I planned to purchase a replacement, however I figured I'd reach out to the manufacturer to see if there was reset or something I could try first. To my surprise, upon reaching out and sharing my Amazon order number they simply sent me a complete replacement, no quibbles, no debating and no cost what so ever to me. Therefore I highly recommend both the product and the company!!

Conquering Europe, staying Powered
So I have spent a ton of time traveling in Japan and China, but find my work getting me to Britain and the Commonwealth with greater frequency. The hotels are wonderful, the service is great, and the plugs in the room rather fewer than what we are used to in a typical Courtyard or Staybridge in North America. You've got one plug, maybe two, and a bag full of devices to keep electrified. The Tessan powerstrip is heaven-sent.This fellow handles the 220 voltage, has a great surge protection fuse built in, and will address the geekiest of needs. I carry two laptops, two tablets, a phone, and two battery chargers, plus my a pair of chargeable headphones. With this device, I am fully covered, capable of charging all seven devices at once, and plugging in wherever I need.I travel abroad 7-8 times a year, and even when I have to be careful about how much I pack (like when I'm traveling by rail in the UK or China), I am taking my Tessan 3 with me. Why worry about outlets anymore? This solves my problems.

Excellent Adapter
The adapter worked well during our three week trip in Portugal. We were able to keep our devices charged using the USB ports on the adapter along with our own chargers.
