DuckBrand 392875 Black Color Duct Tape, 1.88-Inch by 20 Yards, Single Roll

I had an office chair for home office whose black cushion had torn badly fairly quickly after purchase. I gut the damaged area off, taking a cue from a site (similar to this:[...] , can't find the original site, but you get the idea), repaired using this tape. It seems to be working really well. Restored my chair, the large area patched is invisible! Saved me time and money (to dump and buy a new chair).Just make sure to cut out damaged area completely until only the strong part remains. Then overlap large portions of the repair area with the new tape. Make sure to run in one direction to get a good look. Also make sure to run the tape in the direction of maximum stress expected. Overlap edges by 30%, and go over the area twice after putting one layer if you want to make it really strong.

It's duct tape, it works great. I got black and it was perfect. It's not expensive because it works.

I bought this tape to do a repair on our grill cover which is black. The problem is the inside of the tape is white or gray-ish so it didn't really work the way I wanted it to. But that was my fault for not checking further but just know that it's black on the outside and light color on the inside

Does your husband have a gross fake-leather chair that is falling apart so badly it's shedding bits of fake leather all over your house? Have you tried to leave the chair for bulky pick up only to have your husband drag it back in again? This is the answer to your prayers! Cover that &^%$#@! in this black Duct Tape and the beast will shed no more!***NOTE*** The chair will still be ugly, your husband will still keep it and this will undoubtedly prolong your time with said chair-beast.

I used this in conjunction with a Kleer-Drain, which uses compressed air to destroy clogs: I needed to seal up my sink's overflow outlet air-tight. I wasn't sure that any ordinary tape would be up to the task. This stuff was. It stayed on even when I fired the air cartridge, and yet it was easy to peel off. I highly recommend it.

This is great name brand Duck Tape, but this is not the cheapest way to get it. You will save a lot at your local Wal-Mart.

This duck tape is strong and sturdy with a good adhesive. It does what it says it does and it's good for general household uses.

It really adheres well.

Great product. I use it all the time and intend to get more & different colours.
