VACIGODEN Unisex Costume Sweater Vest Fall and Winter Cardigan Waistcoat Cosplay

This is a very accurate recreation of the typical Hogwarts student sweater/jumper. I chose Hufflepuff colors and it looked EXACTLY like the sweater vests the actors wore in films 3 through 8 when they did the major design overhaul. I was in the process of recreating Newt Scamander’s era Hogwarts uniform for a cosplay/Halloween costume but the thickness of the yellow wasn’t quite screen accurate from the uniform seen in The Crimes if Grindelwald but it was close enough as far as I’m concerned. It beats spending HUNDREDS of dollars on an exact replica on Etsy. This is more than enough for me.

This sweater has a nice tight knit and fit exactly as expected. I bought a medium and I usually wear a women's large. The yellow striping could have been a bit darker to fit the actual house color better, but kids that came to my door for Halloween knew who I was due to the sweater, so it was a win.

It fit a little snug, but overall well. My only problem is that the blue instead of being a navy or royal blue is more like a sky blue or periwinkle.

I cant begin to tell you how disappointed I was with this item, the color is baby blue, not royal like the picture suggests. it was a bit too small but I could live with that for the most part. the color was the bit that had me running to the UPS store to return it. the only upside was the great customer service at amazon.com. long story short. will not buy again and most likely wont recommend them.

I followed the other reviews and purchased a size up. It fits fine, but the color is off. The yellow is much too bright for Hufflepuff.

Good quality! Am a bit sad on the size. I am an XL kinda person and I ordered an 2XL cause the reviews recommended going up one size for a more relaxed fit. It is a snug fit. I was hoping for breathing room. There is no larger size, so I guess I will deal.

I like the weight of the sweater; I bought it for a costume but as others have said, I plan on wearing this with a white shirt and plaid skirt. It's a nice quality and has a nice weight to it that is not too heavy nor is it too thin. It is true to size which I am pleased. I would buy it again as well as recommend it. The red and yellow looks good.

The green stripe is slightly too light to match the other shades of green for Slytherin mercy but can easily be fixed with a fabric marker. Other than that it’s absolutely great and works great for cosplay and costume parties.
