Not a skirt

This item was labeled as a skirt and it definitely was not. It was a few ribbons tied around an elastic band and thats it. It was cute, but it had to be worn with pants and barely covered anything. I didn't expect it to completely cover everything, but did not expect it to have gaps and be as 'thin' as it was. Not worth more than the discounted price I bought it for of $4.
