Too costly and looks childish
Product is good quality, but it's too heavy even for a 7 year old to carry. Felt very expensive after receiving the product. My daughter used it for few months, she kept complaining its heavy and then she stopped using it. I personally felt I put too much on this water bottle where there are many now a days which is much cheaper and very good quality. But this bottle does the job. Looks too childish for a 7 year old now

Great customer service and great product.
Customer service is brilliant, my three year old daughter broke the lid of the bottle by dropping it down the stairs, I asked IGZOM if I could buy a replacement lid, they sent a whole new bottle free of charge. The product itself is well built, easy to clean, sturdy and my three year old loves it. In fact several parents at the nursery have asked where they could the same item. Definitely give this product and the company a star rating of five.

Great sturdy drinks flask for hot and cold drinks.
Very pleased with this, my little girl loves it, keeps drinks cold all day and great having a selection of tops from a cup to a drinks straw type. Only issue is everything is in Chinese and I notice she is biting the silicon drinks straw so would be nice if a spare is available in the future.Added 9th January 2019, daughter did finally damage the straw after 6 months of use and contacted seller to see if replacement available, extremely helpful and sent me a complete new flask free of charge, now that's what I call top drawer customer service A+++++ My daughter luvs it and uses it every day for school.

Suitable for ALL ages
This product was amazing. I bought the pink one first and then the purple one the second time for a family friend. The quality is great. I love the fact that there are three different heads so you can choose which one you want. The pouch is also hand and keeps the cold drinks fresh and cool or if hot water is inside- then keeps it hot.

Love the bottle good large size
Love the bottle good large size, with ability to Cary it around, would definitely recommend, However would like to see spare parts for it, which will definitely be needed.

Brilliant with lots of options
Brilliant daughter loves it and all the different options and carry case. All fairly sturdy. Have used for hot and cold and it does what it is supposed to.

Absolutely love this product I like that it has three different drinking option lids ie straw,hot flask for water, drinking cup best thing ever for toddlers so happy with it thank you so much👍🏻
