The sock are a two layer cable knit design that is not cohesive. First time wearing them, one of the layers on one of the socks separated and it is now difficult to keep the 'non-skid' portion on the bottom of the foot. I didn't pay enough to warrant returning the item, so I thought I would just warn other buyers that there may be a defect in the pink socks construction. They are thick, and despite the unattached layers, they are warm.

When I bought this cabin socks I was searching Amazon for socks Made in the USA. I don't need them but I was purchasing for a Christmas present and definitely did not want to buy socks made in China. When they arrived I was surprised to see that the socks were made in China. I am returning them. I was specifically trying to buy American made.

It's hard to tell how much of this is "user error", since I rotate through 3 pairs of these on a weekly basis.. however, I have LOVED them since I got them, and after a few months of use, the bottoms to one of my pairs has started to rip/peel, exposing the interior. I'd like to just chalk that up to my frequent use, but since all I do is wear them at home, 1-2x a week per pair, I'd like to hope they'd last at least a year or so before falling apart.Still, my other 2 pairs are fine thus far, so hopefully I'm just jumping the gun. But it is worth noting that it seems like one can only expect 4-5+ months of use before they start to get damaged.

BUY THEM RIGHT NOW!!! I purchased them on a Friday night and they arrived Saturday afternoon. Super soft and sooo toasty!! I put them on right away and already know I’m going to HAVE TO get more colors!! I wear a 9.5 shoe and was a little hesitant about a snug fit but they truly are perfection.

These are, for me, the near perfect slipper sock. Sometimes the knit part stretches to be a tad longer than the warm lining, but not enough to be a problem or cause me to reduce my rating. The lining and knit exterior stay together, stretch to fit your foot, and provide cozy warmth. The non-slip dots provide a good grip but are thin enough not to press uncomfortably against the foot. Aside from not slipping, I don't notice them. I've machine washed the socks several times now on the cool cycle and allowed them to drip dry. They dry quickly and have held up well so far. I ordered the wrong color at first, and was going to return them, but I loved the feel of them so much I kept the wrong-colored ones and ordered a second pair in my preferred color. No regrets.

These definitely do the job as far as warmth goes, they wash well, and the bottoms have a slip-preventing pattern that isn’t detectable under foot.They aren’t necessarily the most flattering (my daughter says that they make me resemble the dwarves from Lord of the Rings!) but geez. They keep me warm in the house and they’re effective!They even come with me to friend’s houses, since I’m perpetually chilly.

My mother constantly had cold feet, so we went through an many styles of slippers. Finally we were down to the best choice, non skid.. Everything we found left her ankles exposed between the bottom of her pants and top of the slipper. These were the ticket! They are warm, non skid, and keep those ankles covered. I was worried about washing them but on delicate and low heat dry they came out great. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product.

Well I’ve tried about every brand of this sock style and these are the best I’ve purchased. Proper size/fit, warm and soft, did not shrink after cold waster wash (line dry only) and inside Sherpa lining doesn’t bunch or shift. Work fine to prevent slipping on various flooring surfaces. It’s one issue is the same as all brands. Why only one silicone dot near back of heel???? Humans walk heel to toe so the most of the weight and wear on the socks are the heel area. With this common design/construction, the heel areas wear through more quickly and you get holes. If this was corrected, they’d be perfect.

It wasn’t for me but I bought it as present for very fussy girl and she replied to me that it’s the best thing I ever got for her. So it means it’s quite good

I bought these for my wife for Christmas 2020. She used them fairly regularly during the winter, into early spring but stopped using them in the summer. She didn't complain about my gift but as I was tidying up, I came across them and I'm embarrassed that I bought her something so poorly crafted that they last just over two seasons.Another Amazon purchase where the expression "you get what you pay for" rings true.

First off I expected something thicker and fluffier. Second my feet are only size 7 and these are very small. Third, they say nonslip but very very little traction on the bottom. I’m sure there’s something better out there!
