I was hesitant. I've tried other harnesses; my little Min Pin is just a little chesty and hard to fit. This harness, not only is it very well made, it was a perfect fit. He looks so sharp in it, I've attached a photo. Very easy to put on and does not rub under his 'arms' like most of them do. I'm using it as part of his seat belt in the car and I might have to get one in another color for his walks. Just super cute and the service was excellent. It arrived promptly, 2 days before it was due to arrive. I highly recommend this product and the seller. Great experience and I'm a happy customer!

I had been searching and searching for a good, secure harness for two adult long hair Chihuahua's. After purchasing four other harnesses, both dogs were able to get out of them by pulling backwards on the leash. I decided to try this harness, and my search was finally over! The x-small fit them both perfectly, and no matter how much they pulled backwards, they could not slip out of the harness. The harness is simple to put on in less than five seconds, and the snap that clicks together at the top where the leash rings are, gives the harness extra security. I'm very happy finally, and took both dogs for their first long walk today, and felt very secure that this harness was not going to be able to be pulled off! I would add that fit is the most important thing when purchasing a harness. The harness needs to be 'snug', and not loose. My two girls adapted to these harnesses in less than a minute, and even with them being snug, they felt very secure and comfortable in them. I was happy that the seller gives the girth measurements, as that is critical to match a proper fitting harness with the dog. When these harnesses wear out, I will buy them again from this seller.

This is a great harness. My 8 pound chihuahua is so small that I had to resort to getting him a cat harness at Petsmart which was extremely hard to get him into when he became a wiggle worm. Then when traveling with him in his booster seat across country with this cat harness on, he managed to slip out of the stupid thing, and suddenly I've got a crazy chicken running around the backseat while we were going 75mph. So I needed something that was easy to put on, can't be slipped out of, and comfortable for my chicken - I mean chihuahua. This harness fills all three needs. He doesn't get upset when I put him in it - step in, velcro, done. I think he finds it comfortable - I don't find any rubbing redness on him, he walks fine, it feels very meshy soft. I got him the camo one so he could be macho.

Cubie loves it! This is a wonderful, safe harness made of high quality material that is so soft. The areas around the legs are lined. The links are made of what seems to be durable nylon fabric.I have only 1 improvement - the two metal rings that attach the vest to the leash are over-sized for the small and probably x-small vests.I was very happy with the transaction. I even got a personal, hand-written note - that is something you don't find often :-)

This is the best small-dog harness, and I have tried a good number available from Amazon. I have a 6 lb toy rat terrier 5 1/2 mos old. He's got a slim neck and a stout chest and a small fits perfectly, but is adjustable as he grows because of the velcro. This harness is super easy to put on--just stick the front legs into the holes and velcro closed on the back, then snap the nylon latch. Two D-rings pull the harness slightly tighter if the dog pulls on the leash. The harness is nice and loose around the neck. It's got quite a bit of coverage, so promises to keep him warm, which he could use, as his fur is super short and sheer. He cannot slip out of it and doesn't want to chew it like he does most of the other harnesses, so I'm going to take that to mean that it's pretty comfortable.

The harness is very nice and would have gotten 5 out of 5 with the exception of the clasp, straps and leash eyelets. They are of a size for a much larger dog. The clasp on my standard leash is only large enough for one of the two eyelets and the clasp on my retractable leash just barely is able to get both eyelets on. I think the manufacturer decided to only use one type of clash, strap and eyelets for all the harnesses and collars they make. If you have a dog like mine (only 3 lbs) I would not recommend this. If you have a larger size toy or small dog, it should work well, just remember the clasp on the leash needs to be of a large size.

Yes the clips on this thing is very large and I have seen people complain about that but for me this was a selling point. I had a terrible time clipping he small collar and would often not clip it at all. The first time I put this on her I didn’t put it tight enough and she backed out of it. After that, I adjust the Velcro tighter and had no issues. We had a hard time finding something small enough at the stores so this was perfect for our needs.

So easy for quick on and off. If your pup is a squirmed, I recommend looping the neck opening around the neck and securing the clip before putting the front legs through. This secures the vest so that they aren't stepping out of it as you try to fasten the back. My Yorkie loves it and seems very comfy in it. Definitely reccomend and will buy again when this ones wears out.
