The heating function doesn't get hot enough to open your pores or cold enough to close them. The thing that I did like was that there was a lot of different attachment pieces included. But the suction is be better is gets the job done but barely.

I have to return the product. It will not turn on. There were no instructions on how to operate the product other than what size heads and what to use them for.
