I liked the fact the pins and locking assembly were aluminum. Total part is very light compared to other hood pins I have used

I installed a Truck Bed Tonneau Cover tri fold. It got to be a pain to unlatch the rear latches to open the cover. I remembered using hood pins to secure my Corvair truck back in the 70s. I will install this kit on the rear of my truck to replace the current latches which will allow easy access to the bed of my truck and if I need to secure access to the contents of the truck bed I can leave the pins out and use locks to secure access. My truck is old so adding a few more holes in will not affect the value.
