Little difficult but worth it.
I have been cooking alot more now. These have been a HUGE help, i have made dumplings, empanodas, beef patties, and desserts with them. I really love how i can cut the dough in a perfect circle and they are all the same size. The only issue i have been having and why i gave kt a 4 star is when filling it.. the dough and filling gets stuck in the middle gap and its hard to close. its almoat easier to just fill, fold in half and than try and put it back in to press close. Other than that its been soooo much easier to cook.

They work ok and good product for the money. The dough didn't close all the way, but it could be my error. I like all the sizes
