Does not include the frames. Quality of the hive is "okay" but not worth the price tag. The description of the item is confusing. I'm surprised that Amazon aloud this to fly.

The hive arrived without any instructions or the parts marked. The joint cuts were so bad that they couldn't be matched up. Three of the sides were cut at different heights so even the joints could be joined together their would be gaps in the brood box and super. After jumping through hoops with them they only offered $70 refund! I took it to a woodshop to see if they could do anything with it. They told me I had a box of very expensive kindling. (Note that all verified purchasers gives this one star.)

My flow hives are missing and I cannot find contact info anywhere. This was my Christmas present so I'm excited to put it together and cannot :-( please contact me

I would recommend not buying this product. The wood is not great quality and pieces were broken when I recieved it. You have to completely assemble this- brood boxs deeps and roof. Someone said it took 15 min? No way. Not to mention no directions until I contacted the company. Then trying to finish up with the roof and they sent me 2 front roof pieces so I can't build it unless I go out and buy wood and cut it myself because it is too expensive for them to ship the right piece. But before that was all said and done-- I went back and forth with them which they kept telling me I had the right roof piece. Like if they would have just said " oh yea your right we did send the wrong roof piece but it is really expensive to ship...." I would have trusted this company a little more. But finally, they did give me some compensation by giving some of my money back for broken and missing pieces. Save your self the frustration and money. Either buy the REAL flow hive or learn to build it yourself.
