Great bike, performs well
Great bike, performs well. However, after approximately one year of commuting nearly every week day (~4000 miles) the battery range has decreased from nearly a 40 mile range at full assist to less than 20 mile range at full assist. Also worth noting that without assist, this bike is almost impossible to ride as a normal bike; the hub motor provides considerable rolling resistance even when off. Overall I am happy with the bike and it's performance considering it's relatively low cost; but I don't think the bike will be usable after two years without a replacement battery which is important to consider when comparing to other E bikes

A really well made bike
I bought this bike as an upgrade to my Electro Dash. This is like comparing a model T to a cadillac. Bike as very easy o assembleThis bike is awesome, I put it togther in a few minutes Rides great very powerful. I took a spill with it, no issues. Fine bike except for the seat. Would buy it again !.

The Ui5 is a great ride! It is powerful and responsive. Ordered from BikesXpress via Amazon. Their customer service was excellent after I notified them of a missing item in the order.

This bike is beautiful and so much fun to ride
Absolutely incredible! This bike is beautiful and so much fun to ride. The quality makes it worth the money. I've put over 1200 km on it this year and it still running perfectly. The battery lasts longer than my butt so I never run out of gas.

Beautiful, but some design and reliability issues
I bought this bike just over 14 months ago. Last week, the electrics stopped working (nothing on the display, and no power to the motor). I called Magnum to troubleshoot and they referred me to their dealer in my city (lucky for me there was one). It was a wiring connection that had broken inside the frame. Now it's fixed, but I'm unhappy that this problem occurred (just 14 months after purchase, but after the expiry of the warranty). Other issues have been: Not possible to get the front fender to fit without rubbing due to small space between fork and tire, and the bike is so heavy. On the positive side, it is really fun to ride (especially after I added a suspension seat post), and it looks beautiful.

Extremely satisfied
The bike was for my wife and she has been very happy with it's performance and build quality. Magnum has shown they are a first class company because we had problems with the bike. The electronics would cut out in a few blocks. Magnum promptly sent a new controller to Performance bikes the Amazon designated assembler. Didn't help; immediately Magnum sent a new battery and advised they would replace the bike if that did not solve the problem. Fortunately, it was the battery and she has been riding without problems for the past week. You judge a company by how well they handle and solve problems and for that Magnum gets an A+. The bike is beautiful and hundred less than it's competition. Highly recommend it.
