Headgear locking holes are loose
Headgear locking holes are loose. Headgear holes are just a few thousands larger and a few thousands thicker. Snaps don't hold securely.

In the past I accidentally purchased a different brand. I quickly had to come back to RESPIRONICS.

The protective coating has pealed off after a couple of weeks. Very poor quality.

Deceptive Photo
This only includes fabric piece that goes around the back of your head. IT IS NOT A COMPLETE HEADGEAR KIT AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO.

Not happy, picture of item misrepresented.
Picture of item misleading. Shows front nose attachment piece but only received fabric attachment portion. Not happy!

Deceptive photos
The pictures are very deceptive. They show a head gear and frame. This will lead you to believe that you will get both. You do not. What you get is just the head gear. Since the price is too high for just the head gear. I will not ever reorder this from this vendor.
