Tastes great, good price for the amount you get, compared to other toasted coconut products on Amazon.

The toasted coconut is dry and cannot be used for baking unless you're looking for refined coconut dust. The quality is not good. The size is very miniscule.

I was hoping more for flakes and these are very ground Coconut, so if that is what you want that is perfect.

I had no idea that toasted coconut tasted so could. I use this in so many different things, I know it will not last long. I will be buying more but not sure how soon because it's pricey but so is everything these days. Buying in bulk is the most economical thing to do for heavily used products.
