High value trail camera
I've had at least six different cameras by the big name guys over the years. Over time they don't seem to do as well as they started out to; One of the cuddle brands seems to trigger but not store photos pretty well-not what you need for recon work. This unit has performed well over the first few months and is less than half the cost. Quality is great for a 3mg camera. Video is impressive, but the memory goes fast with the standard sensitivity. I've bought them three different times now. Would be nice to have a security box though.

Decent Trail Camera
Decent trail camera for the price. The trigger speed could be a little better and the range for night pictures very short. Good camouflage print that helps disguise its location from people.

Great Trail Cam
Great trail cam. I'm not "trail cam" expert, but I found this one easy to use and reliable. At 3MP, the pics are clear but not too large. The flash works well at night. I actually bought 2 of them. My son likes his too.UPDATE: I've been using the camera for a while and have some feedback. First, the pictures are very nice. They are B&W at night and low light situations. During the day, they are color.Issues:1. I don't like the mounting strap. First, the clasp makes it difficult to mount the camera. The strap must be wound through the clasp three times to generate enough friction to hold the unit. While you're doing this, the camera is dangling on the loose strap(working against you). A cinch and Velcro would be much better. Also, the strap could be a foot longer.2. Security holes are too small to get a cable through.

Quit Working
It worked for a few weeks but then quit working at all. I changed batteries and a new sdhc card, but it continued to say that the card was full, even the new card. I bought a different brand

Frequent picture failure, power button stopped working
Performance was relatively good, considering the price, etc. I knew what I was getting into from reading the many reviews. I accepted the fact that one out of a dozen pics was unable to be displayed, having set it to take a series of three pictures, I usually got a look at the critter in spite of one of the pics might be bad. After about a year, maybe a bit less I went out this past spring and took it down. I couldn't get the power to shut off. Now that I have taken the batteries out I cannot get it to power up. The USB connection works and that powers up just fine but there is no way to get the camera to activate otherwise. It's a shame, otherwise I was pretty happy with the pics, the trigger time, the night pictures were OK. I never did give the mfg a chance to replace it, as by the time I got around to looking into that I found the product registration card (That I never turned in) with the owners manual and I think it was out of warranty coverage anyhow.

Great trail camera for the price.
I have had this camera for about 6 months now and it has performed very well. Pictures during the day and at night are excellent. Day time photos are in color and the night time photos are in black and white but still clear and bright. The infra red works well and the original batteries I placed into the unit are still working. It did not come with a SanDisk so I purchased a 2 GB one and it seems to hold enough photos for about a month. I originally purchased this camera because an animal was breaking into my attic at night and I wanted to see where it was coming in to fix the problem. It did it's job so I then re-purposed it to keep an eye on my wood pile and house. The neat thing about it is it has taken some great wildlife pictures of deer, turkey, hawks, and various other varmints.

Hunting camera
The camera is okay for what I need it for as it over looks a mineral site. I had to use a card because I couldn't download the pictures on the computer. Some pictures were real good, some were bleached and only one miss fire out of two hundred pictures. Battery life is okay. I'm still looking for the "perfect" camera without spending a ton of money.Update: October 31, 2013...Gave this camera away...too many misfires.

Ok system.
These work pretty well. Some trouble with date and time remaining set. Written instructions are NOT clear. I still give it 4 stars because pictures are good day or night and animals are not scared by flash. In fact , system makes a slight click before taking shot and most animals are looking into camera. Also, I bought this to check on human intrusion. The system makes the click sound and also the face of the camera displays a red and green LED, followed by very noticeable array of many red LEDs for the night shots. If the human is facing the direction of the camera they will know they were photo'd and will probably steal the camera. I have hidden mine so as to photo back side of intruders. All in all I like these cameras and would buy them again due to the infrared function and picture quality.
