A most fruitful read
This is a most enjoyable and fruitful book. In a fluent and clear style it analysis Husserl's last work and its contribution to the ongoing development of his thought. It clarified key concepts of phenomenology and made me realize its connection with other thinkers and issues in contemporary philosophy. Finally, it contains a wealth of bibliographical references that, by itself, is worth the investment.

Very Helpful and Insightful
Moran's latest book is excellent. As an introduction, Moran's book is very readable. Yet, it is more than an introduction since it places Husserl's important Crisis text not only within the context of Husserl's writings, but also within the context of the phenomenological tradition.
