Our knives are the same model from the same manufacturer as they actually use in the restaurants, but without the logo stamped on the knife blade. We have not yet confirmed that the knives now sold in the restaurant's promotional gift boxes are the same quality as those actually used in the restaurants, but we can assure you our knives are the same high quality knives as are actually used in theIr restaurants.
