Great idea, poor performance. Got my money back.
Bought this after reading positive reviews and recommendations on YouTube. I had high hopes for this because I have multiple Canon lenses (70-200 f2.8 II, 24-70 f2.8 II, 10-18mm EFS, nifty fifty, Tamron 90mm f2.8 macro , Tamron 100-400 and a few others) which are all stated as compatible with the Fuji XT3. Not so. At all. Had an outdoor client shoot last weekend. The 70-200 worked OK for the first 8 shots in single point focus. Then... simply stopped working, either in single shot or continuous servo. So much so that the camera locked up. Couldn’t focus, non-operational. (I’m a pro photographer so know what I’m doing). Had to remove the XT3’s battery grip, then remove the battery in the body. On a paid shoot!Seems to work ok indoors, studio work, single point autofocus. But that’s it. Incredibly restrictive. If you can’t rely on your gear, then that’s it, it’s no good. Have returned and got my money back.Build quality seems pretty good, fitting is tight, metal construction. But that simply does not compensate for the poor performance.

Not up to the task
The auto focus is slow to lock on and is rather jumpy in continuous focus. If focused on a close object and then switched to a more distant subject the a/f become confused and hunted but failed to lock focus. I was disappointed in the performance and have returned the item.
