I dropped my first Note 9 and I didn't have a screen protector. My phone screen shattered and I had to buy a new replacement phone for $250. Two OTOA glass screen protectors cracked, as they are designed to do, potentially saving me $500.OTOA's customer service is World Class. I sent them an email with a screenshot of my Amazon orders and a pic of my cracked OTOA screen protectors and the responded right away, replacing both cracked screens for no charge. Amazing customer service!FYI...the installation was easy with the installation guide tool provided and the appearance was bubble free. The touchscreen sensitivity has been perfect on my Note 9.Great value, easy installation, looks great, fantastic customer service and free replacement if the screen cracks for any reason. Super easy to install n saved my butt... totally thought it was the screen that cracked but was the protector. Best $10 I spent!Edited to add: I still think the screen protector is a good buy for $10... having said that, I just put the 3rd one on since Sept 1 and I'm writing this update on 10/12/19. I was able to email them for my replacement from the initial crack. They offered another free one for a review which I did & received. Yes, I'm hard on my phones but I feel after having these for a few weeks I feel like they crack extremely easily. My first drop was a bad one and I'm grateful I had this protector on but the subsequent drop that caused the 2nd one to crack was not bad at all.It's a 1 year warranty but only covers 1 replacement. I'm on my 3rd in 6 weeks...This protector does also cause quite a glare.Still pretty decent for the price & the easiest to put on ive ever purchased.

So far, the pros outweigh the cons:Pro: screen protector is so much more smoother than the Zagg skin protector I previously had in place. I did not have to adjust my touch sensitivity. This was the easiest screen protector installation I've ever done; the tray that comes with kit makes installation a breeze!! After the screen protector cracked, I emailed the vendor as instructed by information in the kit. Another screen protector was mailed to me on Nov 1st & I received it Nov 8th @ no cost to me & I installed just as easily as the 1st.Con: 1st screen protector I bought had a spiderweb crack by end of 2nd day. I have no idea how that happened, phone was never dropped nor hit on the left upper corner where cracks originated from.In summary: the vendor fulfilled their promise to replace protector if the purchased protector was damaged & I did not have to pay postage (Zagg charges postage on replacement protectors). I've had the 2nd screen protector on for almost 2 weeks & no damage so far. Even if damage does occur, I'd say this screen protector is worth the money because of free replacement.

This was hard for me to review. The product installed with ease. I did have a little of the "rainbow effect" which I learned was from a small gap in between the screen protector and the actual screen and sunlight deflecting. It was a non issue though as you could only see it when the screen was off. I actually dropped my phone within a week of purchase. From about 2 feet high and onto smooth concrete. I feel very lucky as this screen saver still has some exposed areas near the corners which is where my phone landed. Like anyone who drops their phone....I instantly thought my screen was toast. Luckily only the screen saver broke....it was so close to the corner where the s reen saver doesn't cover....but it worked like it was supposed to work. It broke and my phone didn't. I actually ordered another one but it got lost in transit and now I cant reorder it. I did get a refund.

I really liked the template that came with this screen protector. It made installation a breeze. Unfortunately the otterbox that I also use to protect my phone affected the performance of the screen protector. After sanding the sides of the otterbox I had no problem. The screen protector fell off after the first drop and subsequently everytime I dropped my phone this happened. I simply reattached it and continued as normal. After the last drop the screen protector shattered but luckily the screen on my phone was just fine. I emailed the address included in the warranty card and they honored my warranty. In exchange for my review they even offered to give me an additional screen protector. I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this product for protecting your mobile device.
