Please understand that I am not a medical professional. I am however a mother of three boys, and my middle boy is autistic. Ever since he was 2 years old, he has struggled to sleep the whole way through the night. Welcome to the world of autism and natural remedies 👌🏽However, due to the covid19 quarantine, I was forced to order these (not being able to go anywhere coupled with our normal brand being sold out). What a blessing in disguise!!! We don't give these to him every night but we've given them to him 5 out of the past 10 nights and his nights have become remarkably improved! He falls asleep peacefully. He seems relaxed and tranquil. He stays asleep for over 4 hours at a time and if he wakes it's simply to cuddle then he falls back to sleep. I never thought I would ever use these words to describe his slumber. I do not know if this will be a temporary solution but if it gets my little guy even a month or two of restfulness it's worth it. I hope that this review helps a mom and dad out there somewhere struggling like us!

I really like how relaxed the gummies make me feel, they are subtle and work good! If I happen to wake up in the middle of the night I don't have any issues falling right back to sleep!. I like them better than zzz Quils! Hope they work for you!

I was going through menopause and one of the major side effects of menopause is insomnia. I had originally purchased a few of these at my local Dollar Store but eventually I could no longer get them there. I found out that Amazon had them for roughly the same price and so I order the 64 lot.This product has a great taste and the texture is just fine. You simply chew them up and within 20 minutes you start dozing off. In fact what I do is get into bed, turn on the tv to watch YouTube for a few minutes, chew 2 of theses and the next thing I know I can’t keep my eyes open and it’s off to bed.To me this is a cheap alternative to over the counter sleep aids. These do not make you feel sluggish in the morning and you really do get a good night’s sleep with them. I would suggest you try them for a month before making your decision regarding them. Also, these gummies do not not interact with most medications. I’m on transplant meds and they don’t interact with any of my 12 prescription medications I take. But just remember, check with your doctor if you’re unsure. However, as far as I know the dosage is very little to make any problems.

Two of my grandchildren have a very hard time falling asleep. One of them once askso wakes up numerous times throughout the night. Sometimes only getting 2 to 3 hours of sleep. With schoolwork rests my grandchildren fall asleep with no problems and sleep throughout the night. Walk up fully rested and not groggy at all. I would recommend to anyone that is having problems sleeping.

I like this product because it's easy to take a half dose, just eat one gummy instead of two. That's all I need to fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night. I have been using it for approximately 7 weeks, and have only had a few nights where I couldn't sleep. I felt groggy the day after my first dose, but after that, I haven't had any lingering effects. No bad dreams, no trouble getting moving in the morning. The gummies have a pleasant flavor, and are small. I think of it as a little evening treat now. Price is fair I think. Certainly it wasn't a big risk in case they didn't work. My one complaint is that they only come in small packets. So I have to store several in order to have a good supply on hand. This is good for travel or occasional use though. I will definitely keep using these gummies, as they're the first Melatonin supplement I've tried that has truly worked well for me.

Love these for multiple reasons. 1. Taste, 2. Dose and 3. Convenient for travel. Gummies don't routinely come in small packages and I can't swallow the pills or like the taste of the chew tabs. These small packages are nearly impossible to find and with the amount I travel, helps me sleep and doesn't take up room in my carry-on.

Just what I needed. I had been having trouble falling asleep and would then wake up 3 hours latter and again have trouble getting to sleep. I dont like to take medications with worry of side effects so I just endured.
