I like this product a lot. It holds the phone well for the most part and is relatively easy to use. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. 1) There is no leeway in your phone thickness, so if you have a bulky case, or something on the back that pushes it forward (i.e. a pop tab or an adhesive credit card holder) you will not be able to place the phone as securely in the mount. 2) While it is simple in concept to set up, it does take a lot of jiggling and fussing around to get it how you want, and to also stay that way.

The media could not be loaded.  I normally just use the cheap the air vent magnet holder but I heard it damages the battery on your phone so I got a plastic holder instead. I have an iphone 6 plus. This does hold my phone steady and make my route safer since I dont have to look down to see the gps or quick message. The phone holder stucks sometimes but it didn't break nor that it breaks the air vent. I will give it a 3 stars

I bought one of these February 5, 2019, the phone holder itself is good, but the mounting clip did not hold the vent fins very well at all, on top of that the plastic nut on the adjusting ball broke and now I can't use the device at all, I have been trying to find a place to buy a couple of replacement locking nuts that will fit but no luck so far, and there is no way to contact the supplier

Good quality and sturdy construction, Arrived in good condition within a few days It was super easy to assemble and install, and it works great, holding my phone in place securely with space to plug in a lightning cable. Works great on the oval air vents. I have no complaints about it so far. Love it, I was skeptical because of the low price, but it is really good, non stick, lightweight, just perfect!

I always use google maps when I travel and I am on the road a lot so I decided to buy this because I didn't want to hold my phone every time I'm using google maps. I just received this a couple of days ago and I put it in my car. The setting up in my car was easy, but the holder seemed a bit shaky when I was driving and it kept making a noise.

I got this for my Ford Escape. The vents have vertical slots. This hold and does not wiggle around much, but it is far from solid. The phone is well clamped in the jaws, the movement is on the vent. Horizontal vent slats would be much stronger hold. I will keep it, it does work.

The little gray piece that holds the phone in the holder came off and i cannot find it. It must have come unglued. I would really appreciate if you could send me that small piece. it is a small light gray piece that glues on the inside of the arm.

It wouldn’t hold my phone. Kept falling off the vent. Not a good buy for me. However the seller gave a total refund regarding the product. Therefore it's a buy that is worth trying if it works good if not, the seller is awesome.
