Being a henna artist and all, I have to say this product, I would rate #1. I have been in the business for over 6 years and I have never seen such class in a product. Rating it on a 1-10 scale, 10 being the highest, I would rate it a 9.5. I recently used this product for a Indian wedding I was contracted for, and I must say, the review from the audience was exceptional. If you are in the business, this is a must buy. I was nervous to use this but I really was falling out of love with my gray and since my hair was not treated in any way, henna was a good choice.Next time I use this, half the bag will suffice. I did not know and didn't want to get caught short so I used it all. I purchased this on May 2nd but wasn't able to do my hair until the 11th of May due to shenanigans caused by a miss delivery and my needing to spend a few days tracking it down. I really wanted my henna!My hair is an ashy brown with a noticeable skunk stripe and is about 2 inches below my jaw cut in a bob.The package said to mix and let sit for 3 - 5 hours but finding that kind of time was a bit difficult. I mixed 1 tablespoon lemon juice for gray coverage and 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar for longevity then mixed the rest with filtered water from my tap. I let it sit for two hours then warmed it in the microwave and stirred really well. The consistency was a bit off putting at first and reminded me of diaper blow outs from when the kids were little. :) I put vaseline around my ears and hair line, gloved up and dove in. Due to the consistency it went on really well, I was able to scoop up and work through my hair with very minimal dripping and what did land in the sink was easy to clean up. Once I had covered all my hair and worked it in to the scalp well, I pulled off the gloves and wrapped my head in saran wrap then the shower cap. I let it sit for an hour, the directions say to rinse out and not to shampoo but I do not see how NOT shampooing is an option. My shower does not have a detachable shower head so I ran water in the tub and rinsed as much as possible that way with fresh gloves as I wasn't sure what it would do to my manicure, then started the shower and finished rinsing. I opted to wash my hair and honestly saw NO color degradation from having done so. I noticed a slight scent of henna for a few days but it wasn't unpleasant.It is now June 6th and I am still ridiculously happy with how my hair looks. I will be ordering more very soon just to have it on hand for when I feel it is time to do a refresh. I get so many compliments on my hair!

I used this for body art and the stain was gorgeous! The stain was a lot darker in person than it looks in the pics. It looked almost black on my hands and feet and was brownish red on my arm and leg. It's creamy and very easy to work with. I used water, lemon juice, sugar, and eucalyptus oil to make my henna. I did put a sealant on my design and I kept it on my skin overnight to get the best stain.

I purchased this product to treat my hair, after mixing up the paste and applying it for directly to your hair it will help repair damaged hair, my hair is softer and shinier than before treatment. Another effect of this product is it will bring out your natural highlights, as long as that is something that you want it is great.

I am a guy who just wants to keep my long hair healthy. The treatment put a nice reddish color into hair and no more grey either. Its been 3 weeks since the treatment and there is no color fade. I love this product !!!
