This is a great little radio. The sound quality is excellent and really loud! The tourch is also excellent and really bright. This is the first windup power item I have ever used and I am most impressed with it. Would highly recommend - great item for an emergency or leisure use - those in the UK preparing for a post Brexit shut down should invest !!!

Bought the Esky Solar hand crank radio as just a backup radio/light/powerbank for as and when required. Signal from the radio seems to be decent. Light feature is nice to have in case of a power cut. And that I don't have to try and find batteries or a wall outlet and plug is also a bonus as I can leave it near the kitchen window and it just charges the battery ready for when you need it.

Great radio. Really good size to put in a grab and go bag for work.

had this we gadget going for more then 10 Hours nonstop for plying radio while on a weekend hike and also had plenty of power left in the morning too, despite having the torch on a few times in the middle of the night

Sounds good. Charges easy from the hand crank.

Sound is a bit tinny, not too bad when away from noisy urbania. Solar panel does not work and wind up crank is pretty poor too. Used to have a similar product years ago and both solar and crank worked well enough. Was winding for nearly 5 mins and got about 5 mins radio play.

Very small light radio. Ideal for a backpack. Certainly gives you all you need. Haven't had chance to use it yet " in the field" but the tests I've done at home, it certainly seems good value.
