Performance Management, 3e Paperback – 1 January 2013

Being a Performance Management Professional, I liked the examples provided in the book. The book takes one from base to the pinnacle at very systematic pace.

Disclaimer : The book is good.The content is good. However i have a lot of issues with respect to being able to read it as and when i want to.I cannot access it on the cloud reader. I cannot access it on my kindle. Am forced to read it on my PC or mobile phone. Being a reference book( i mean who reads it for leisure) these are major irritantsPlease do not buy it, unless you are ready to put up with the headache of reading it on your PC /phone,
