Q: What actually comes in the box? Can I use almond milk for the shake or does it have to be regular cows milk?

Hi, there is powder for shakes and various supplements. Yes you can use almond milk but you need to count the extra calories as it's water that your are meat to put in the shakes. I used 100ml of coconut milk and 100 of water and that was only 20 extra calories per shake and it made it thicker.

Q: How much water do you use with the shake?

I'm sure it states on the pack the correct amount. I think 150ml. I used half water & half coconut milk. The coconut milk made the shake a little thicker and it was only an extra 20 calories. I just adjusted my meal calories each day accordingly : )

Q: Can you use this for 18 days in a row?

Hello, as long as you are feeling well (not faint, etc), you can do the plan for 18 days in a row. If you have any concerns, please do ask advise from your GP. Sarah @ SMUG.
