Gun Sling

I bought this to put on a Winchester 1897 I own (because putting a synthetic sling on a shotgun like this just seemed wrong to me). I checked out a few local shops, but their leather slings were either overpriced, too "modern" looking, or both.Although this sling isn't a reproduction of the original issue, it still looks good with a century-old shotgun. Its the perfect minimalist sling for an old minimalist shotgun.

Disappointed in quality! Made in CHINA unbeknownst to me at time of purchased. Obviously returned the sling for a refund. Beware

Meets my Need!Would recommend.

Very stiff leather and brass river staple or whatever it would be called has sharp edges that stick out. They had to be filed down so would not scratch the stock of the gun I put it on.

I am totally satisfied. Easy to use, good thick leather. I slapped on some leather conditioner for good measure and it’s gonna last for decades I’m sure.

Good sling and certainly worth the price. I have it in use on a hunting rifle. Looks good and a good choice for those that like leather.

Nice thick leather, should last a long time. Better than I expected. Very pleased with the purchase.

Not as shown in picture and construction lacking. Hardware is cheap brass type metal that snapped with little pressure when screwing together. Leather loop that wraps around the strap is too large and floats up and down the strap. Strap over all is too thick for my taste but I guess some others might like it. It's inexpensive but not sure if ordering parts makes sense when can order different strap for little bit more money.

cumple perfectamente para el fin que fue adquirida. omitimos dar puntuación máxima de 5 estrellas y la dejamos en cuatro debido a que para unir las dos puntas lleva una especie de tornillo cuando creemos quedaría mejor con evilla(creo que se escribe asi) y quedaría con la citada evilla mas rustica que es lo que yo buscaba.

Se la he puesto a una carabina Hatsan Striker de madera del calibre .25 y le queda de lujo.No tiene ningún olor fuerte.Piel de buena calidad y gruesa.Todo Ok
