This monitor is awesome. We are using this camera for my Setting up the monitor and camera was easy. We followed the directions and had no issues at all pairing the camera and monitor.The monitor always worked great and we could always see the baby when we wanted. The controls on the monitor were easy to use.Great Battery life.Video quality is excellent during day and night.The picture and audio quality is exceptional and we have no problems viewing the camera from anywhere.I am impressed with the picture clarity, sound quality and minimal delay.Truly this has given me peace of mind and freedom without abandoning my child.I'm so happy with mine, that I will even recommend this as a gift to future expecting friends.

It was really easy to set up. Just follow the instructions which takes about only 5minutes.Vision is very clear, day and night.I like that i can move the camera where i wanna see.Also this has two-way communication so i can soothe my baby to sleep, even if im offsite. When the device senses motion or sound, it sends a phone alert.I've been using it for almost a week and I really like it.

The media could not be loaded.  its really good, easy to use, and are really good at day and night.

This is great! Good quality picture and easy to use. Very durable and perfect in size for where I wanted to use it at. Instructions were easy to follow on how to set it up. I highly recommend!

I am hoping that I will be able to change the star rating in the near future. That will depend on if the company will help. I purchased two video monitors. And with all the “easy to set up” reviews I was surprised to have such difficulty connecting to the WiFi or my phone. I made sure my phone was not on 5G network (which our router has both). The instructions on sounds is also confusing and unhelpful. Both my cameras had “Di Di” not “Di Di Di” sounds going on and on and never connected. I have also reset the camera multiple times without success. I have at least 5 devices that are connected to our WiFi network and this is one I did not expec tot have such a hard time connecting. I hope to change my one star to 5 and be wrong about my set up. Reliability for such product is essential as it pertains the safety of babies. Look forward to hearing from the ‘specialists’Update: I’ve changed back to 4 star! Even though no one contacted me to help according to their 24/7 service. I had to plug in a new WiFi hub to the existing hub (provided by Verizon FIOs). The newest routers will not work with these devices even the ones that offer regular WiFi and 5G. Once I hooked up my old router to the existing modem router and connected through that WiFi and it worked!Also the instruction on “DiDiDi” is just two “DiDi”. And even though there is no voice command after “20 seconds” just go ahead and click “I heard voice...”. Still thankful for the excellent equipment.I hope it will work at hotels.

Love this product. We used another baby monitor prior to it that was just awful. This one was easy to set up to the WiFi and we’ve never had connection issues. That says a lot considering our WiFi has always been consistently unreliable.The video quality both day and night is great. I love the fact that I can track the room from my phone and have remote control to turn the camera however I want.The notifications are a god send. It lets us know when there is movement or when the baby is crying. There’s a speaker and mic on the camera that we’ve used to talk to my mother while we were away and she was watching the kids.

Overall, the quality of this camera is good. The picture is great and the stream quality is give 4 out of 5. My biggest complaint is that the camera makes a loud clicking noise when I open the app on my phone and sometimes wakes my baby from the sound. At those times when you're so happy baby is sleeping in and you just want to look to see if he's ok, you wake him up and start cursing yourself and this camera!
