It’s a sticker as advertised.
Very happy with the product. Exactly what I needed. Which is use it for my work laptop as a logo sticker over the HP logo. It’s exactly what it says in description - a sticker. To be used over an existing wheel cap I would assume. Example you have fading old design and want this new one just stick it over the old one.

It's only a sticker
I need the whole wheel cap not a paper cover.very dissatisfied. That's why it was so cheap.And cant return it.
