I made two purchases of two different valves. These shut off valves are very nice and very heavy duty. And I will probably be using for some time. I added 4 star due to the size. For ME they are just a bit to big. I will be buying a couple more of the stainless steel shut off valve’s instead.

Doesn't leak

Anything made by HQMPC has been great for me~!
These shut off valves are as good as the HQMPC quick connects. I really trust this brand to be superior the their competition. So although the price is high the quality is high as well. I do recommend you spend a little extra for a product that is the best in its' class~! It is NO SMALL issue that the ball opening is larger for more water flow especially important when connecting to a high flow pressure washer for example ~! If water flow means anything to you these are your only choice.

This works like a champ. The long on off switch handle is a brilliant feature. Great design.

Heavy duty sturdy screws right on. Handle turns easily but solidly. Large flow hole doesn't restrict flow.

Short and Sweet review
Just received this shut-off valve today, added to my hose sections and it's working perfectly. This is a very solidly made item and is entirely drip-free when closed. Excellent value!

Revised review
The ball valve did not shut off the water completely in the off position in the beginning It turned most of the water off but leaked continuously through the valve.Update: After using the valve for some time, it does now turn the water off in the off position. The rating has been adjusted accordingly.

Worth the price
Others leak, break, wear out, and are hard to toggle. This is easy to use, sturdy, and does not leak. A real winner. Don't worry about the price. The value is here.

Very Sturdy!!!!!
I have been using this as a garden hose shut off valve. Has been working great. The valve is very well built and good quality....ball valve opens and closes easily with one hand and when in the closed position no water leaks, it forms a tight seal.....Very happy with it!!!!!
